FUNDRAISING
All families have the obligation to support the school’s
fundraising efforts by raising $200 in fundraising monies or opt to “buy out” of fundraising obligations by paying
the fundraising fee ($200) directly to the school (this fee can be tax-deductible if paid by check to the school).
Parents who do not raise their $200 throughout the year will be billed in May for the remaining balance owed the school.
The buy out option is a fair and equitable
practice for all families and guarantees a steady source of income for the school.

Students not picked up by the 5:30 closing time will be assessed
$10.00 for every ¼ hr. or portion thereof beyond 5:30.
Off schedule arrangements for extended hours can be made at the
rate of $6.00 per hour.
When school is
delayed because of weather, the morning extended time is also delayed.

Plan A: Annually:

Plan B: Quarterly: August 1, November 1, February 1, May 1
Plan C: Monthly: 10 payments – August 1 through May 1
All payments are due on the first of every month.

The actual cost per pupil (the amount it
costs us to educate each child) is $5,098 which is covered by tuition and additional revenues such as fundraisers and donations.
Financial assistance is available
for families who qualify. It is given on a year-by-year basis. Applications must
be submitted by April 15 at www.factstuitionaid.com
